Steps 2 Success (NI) Consultation
Summary:
The Department for Employment and Learning consulted on a proposed new employment programme, provisionally called Steps 2 Success (NI), which will replace the Department’s main adult return to work programme Steps to Work. As part of the process of developing the new programme, the Department welcomed comments from stakeholders on the proposals and questions set out in the consultation document. Responses to this consultation will inform the development of a New Employment Programme for Northern Ireland. The response to the consultation was published on 5 May 2013. The Minister made an oral statement to the Assembly on 18 June 2013 about the procurement and introduction of the new programme.
