Publication Scheme

The Department is obliged by the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to maintain a Publication Scheme which sets out what information it will make proactively available

Organisational information, structures, locations and contacts, constitutional and legal governance.  Information about the legal basis for our activities, and information about how to contact us is included in this section.

Financial information relating to projected and actual income and expenditure, tendering, procurement and contracts. Our financial statements and budgets, and information about our pay and grading structure is included in this section.

Strategy and performance information, plans, assessments, inspections and reviews.  Information about our strategies and plans, performance indicators, audits, inspections and reviews. Our corporate plan and annual reports are included in this section.

Policy proposals and decisions. Decision making processes, internal criteria and procedures, consultations. Public consultations, minutes of senior level meetings and internal guidance are included in this section.

Current written protocols for delivering our services, responsibilities and programmes. Our complaints procedure  and our records management policy.

Information held in registers required by law and other lists and registers relating to the functions of the authority. This section includes our disclosure log and our Data protection Notification

Advice and guidance, booklets and leaflets, transactions and media releases. A description of the services offered.
