Bridge to Employment for employers This Bridge to Employment Programme offers a bespoke recruitment and pre-employment training programme designed for employers to get new recruits job ready from day one of their employment	Customised Training Customised Training is designed to enhance the skills base within SME businesses. Where no existing DEL training product will meet the skills need of your company the Department will endeavour to create a bespoke project on your behalf.

Management Analysis and Planning (MAP) Management Analysis and Planning (MAP), as the name suggests, offers your business a structured, flexible approach to identifying and addressing your company needs.	Management & Leadership Development Programme This programme offers a comprehensive portfolio of training options to help employers meet the specific development needs of their managers and leaders at all levels.
Steps to Work (nidirect) Steps to work offers a flexible menu of work related activities that can be tailored to suit your employment needs.	Study USA Study USA is an innovative programme which offers undergraduate students studying in Northern Ireland an opportunity to study business for one year at a college in the USA.
Training for Success (nidirect) Training for Success is designed for young people aged 16-18 (up to 24 years for those requiring additional support).	Youth Employment Scheme (nidirect) The Youth Employment Scheme is designed to give unemployed 18 to 24 year olds help and support to look for, find and keep a job .
Youth Employment Scheme (information for employers) Employers are urged to provide work placements and opportunities to support young people. Find out more.
