Bridge to Employment for Employers
The Department's Bridge to Employment Programme offers a bespoke recruitment and pre-employment training programme designed for employers to get new recruits job ready from day one of their employment. This programme is designed to provide assistance to inward investment companies and local companies who are taking on new staff.
Support
The Department supports the recruitment and selection of applicants and customises a training programme built around the needs of the precise job to be filled. Bridge to Employment programmes can be arranged for one company or a group of companies with similar needs.
The average number of participants for a programme is 10.
Th programme not only assists unemployed jobseekers, it also enables employers to recruit staff by availing of government assistance and support with the entire recuitment process.
