Regulations to Prohibit the Blacklisting of Trade Unionists

Summary:

The Department for Employment and Learning has announced a consultation on draft Regulations which prohibit the compilation, dissemination and use of trade union blacklists. Responses to the consultation should be forwarded to the Department for Employment and Learning using either the email link or the address provided below. The consultation closes on 20 October 2010.
