A Consultation on the legal status and governance arrangements of Stranmillis University College June 2004

Summary:

It is necessary to establish Stranmillis University College as an incorporated institution in line with other providers of higher education in Northern Ireland. The Department proposes that the incorporation of the College through primary legislation, with the necessary safeguards, is the most appropriate method of achieving this. The Department would welcome your views on this proposal.
