The Department for Employment and Learning is seeking views on the above draft regulations which will complement the provisions of the Special Educational Needs and Disability (NI) Order 2005. As a result, this consultation pack has been produced which contains the background to the regulations; details of how to respond to the consultation, a copy of the draft regulations and a more detailed explanatory note of how the regulations would apply. The consultation period runs from 23 June 2005 to 5 August 2005
