Equality Impact Assessment on the Governance Arrangements following incorporation of Stranmillis University College

Summary:

The Department for Employment and Learning is taking forward a public consultation on an Equality Impact Assessment on the governance arrangements following the incorporation of Stranmillis University College, as defined in the draft Colleges of Education (Northern Ireland) Order 2005. This consultation document explains the background to the Department’s strategy to incorporate Stranmillis University College and outlines the current and proposed governance arrangements. It further gives a statistical analysis of the Section 75 groups who may be affected by the proposed governance arrangements following the incorporation of Stranmillis University College. The consultation runs from 24 March 2005 to 19 May 2005
