New Deal for Disabled People - Equality Impact Assessment Consultation

Summary:

DEL has recently undertaken an evaluation of NDDP and will shortly be subjecting the Programme to a re-contracting process.The recommendations of the evaluation, in conjunction with the wider Welfare to Work programme will generate the future design of the NDDP programme. Revisions to the design of the NDDP will be aimed at making the programme more accessible to all its target groups including those groups specified in Section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998.The consultation period runs from 1 February 2006 to 12 noon on 28 April 2006
