Additional Paternity Leave and Pay - Consultation on administration

Summary:

The Government plans to introduce Additional Paternity Pay and Leave as part of its overall package of measures designed to help working families balance responsibilities at home and in the workplace. The Department for Employment and Learning is seeking your views on the way in which Additional Paternity Leave and Pay should be administered. The consultation document is supplemented by an integrated impact assessment.
