Employment tribunal claims and the Public Interest Disclosure Act

Summary:

The Department for Employment and Learning is seeking the public's views on developing a practical method of passing industrial tribunal papers to the relevant regulator under the Public Interest Disclosure (Northern Ireland) Order 1998. The consultation is asking for your views on the proposed process; obtaining express consent of the applicant; the draft statutory regulation to amend the industrial tribunal rules; and phased implementation. Consultation closes 13 November 2009. Please note that all responses should be forwarded to the Department for Employment and Learning using either the email link or the address provided below.
