Between July and September 2009, the Department carried out a focused consultation to seek views on the proposals to introduce a revised qualification to replace the existing PGCFHE. This document highlights issues raised through the consultation process, provides the Department’s response to these and sets out proposals for the way forward, which have been informed by this process
