• Minister launches Employment Law consultations
• Information and consultation in the workplace - a summary. From 6 April 2008 employees in undertakings that employ between 50 and 99 employees will have the right, subject to certain conditions, to be informed and consulted on a regular basis about issues in the undertaking for which they work.Employees in ubdertakings that employ 100 or more people already have this right
