Employment Rights Publications

Guidance and forms

The Employment Rights (ER) series of booklets and other related publications provide general guidance on employment law in an attempt to ensure that employment rights and responsibilities are properly upheld in Northern Ireland . The guidance should not be regarded as a complete or authoritative statement of the law. Individuals should be alert to the possibility of developments in case law that might affect the rights and responsibilities described.

Please see below for relevant guidance and forms that you can use in association with it.
