Cresco Trust – A Cross Community Opportunity in Regional Development (ACCORD) Project
The Development Partnership addresses the needs of specifically marginalised groups, not adequately accessed by the voluntary and statutory sectors, to break the cycle of deprivation, low educational attainment and inter-generational unemployed.

Dream Ireland - Digital Step Project
The Development Partnership addresses unequal access to the labour market for marginalised young people, in the 14 to 25 year age group, who live in the most socially disadvantaged areas of Northern Ireland by providing new models for training and employment in the area of digital media.

Disability Action – Diversity Matters Project
The strategic objective was to challenge and limit the discrimination faced in the workplace by a range of excluded groups and to increase the representation of excluded groups in the workforce.

Northern Ireland Association for the Care and Resettlement of Offenders(NIACRO) – Personal Progression System Project
This Development Partnership created an innovative programme to co-ordinate and support pathways to employment for prisoners, during and after their sentences.
