The building is shared with the Social Security Agency. The office is situated within 5 minutes walk from the main town shopping area and Carrickfergus Castle. It is also a short walk from Clipperstown Railway Station and the bus station. The office is within 100 metres from the roundabout at Carrickfergus Castle on the Belfast Road leading into the town and can be seen from the main road. Car parking is available in the immediate surrounding area eg Davys Street or Irish Quarter South.
