Employers – do you need help with your recruitment? If so, the Department for Employment and Learning’s newly appointed Employer Contact Managers can help.
Based in various Jobs & Benefits offices and JobCentres throughout the province, they are keen to engage with the business community to raise awareness of the Department’s recruitment service.
Employer Contact Managers can help you by:
- Outlining the services available such as online promotion of vacancies and supply of standard application forms – all at no cost.
- Discussing your recruitment needs.
- Working with you to identify and provide recruitment solutions including the Department’s employment programmes and services.
Employers who have not used the Department’s recruitment service in the past will be particularly interested in the benefits of a tailored service to meet their individual needs.
