Appealing the decision

If you are unhappy with the response to your request for information, the fees charged or the way in which your request was handled you have the right to ask for an internal review.  If you wish to do so, please write to:

The Departmental Information Manager will arrange for the Department’s Appeal Officer to review the decision.
