Publication Scheme

Summary:

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 each Government Department is required to produce a Publication Scheme. The Information Commissioner has prepared and approved a model publication scheme which the Department for Employment and Learning has adopted. A publication scheme is a commitment to routinely and proactively provide information to the public.
