What are the National Training Awards?
- National Training Awards are a UK-wide competition. Northern Ireland competes with the other UK regions ie England, Scotland and Wales for this coveted training recognition.
- A competiton designed to recognise and reward individuals and organisations from any sector who show clear benefits achieved through training and developing the skills of their people, whether themselves or others.
- A simple but rigorous training framework that gives organisations and individuals a model for helping to review and assess where they are on their training journey.
- A competition where organisations and individuals tell their story against the framework by way of an entry form; the story is assessed by judges and all entrants receive feedback.
- Winners are recognised at a memorable ceremony at Northern Ireland level and ultimately at a national level.
In Northern Ireland, they are celebrated at 3 levels.
