Shaping Our Future”, the Regional Development Strategy, offers a strategic and long-term perspective on the future development of Northern Ireland. The Strategy provides a framework within which choices can be made on key decisions about the infrastructural development of Northern Ireland and issues affecting urban areas and the diverse rural economy. A review of the Strategy is expected shortly and will reflect the priorities outlined in the Investment Strategy.
DEL's Involvement
DEL’s primary engagement with the Shaping our Future” is in the chapter on the economy and our actions are in respect of up-skilling individuals and improving the level of qualifications achieved.
