<p>Roger Harrop, Business Consultant and international speaker is joined by Mervyn Langtry (new head of management &amp; leadership development branch for DEL) at the recent Made Not Born Masterclass. Mr. Harrop addressed delegates at the Everglades Hotel, Derry about the importance taking the time to view the entire business operation SME owners can be better positioned to help drive success and tackle new markets head on. This was the second in a series of three Management and Leadership Masterclasses that are being delivered by the Department for Employment and Learning in the run up to the 2010 Skills Conference that will be held at the La Mon House Hotel on Thursday 25 March.
