			<p>The Department for Employment and Learning's 5th Annual Skills Conference was held on the 25th March at La Mon House Hotel, Castlereagh &#160;Belfast.During the conference the importance of Leadership and Management in the Northern Ireland economy was explored and consideration was given to how we develop these skills in our workforce.</p>
