Department for Employment and Learning launches its research agenda
The Department for Employment and Learning has published its Research Agenda for the period 2007-2009 reflecting its sustained commitment to evidence -based policy development and service delivery.
The agenda sets out the future research needs of the Department. It supports the delivery of Success Through Skills, the Northern Ireland Skills Strategy, by placing particular emphasis on the need to clearly understand current and future skills demand, so that the education and training sector can respond effectively to employer needs.
