Summary:

This paper provides an initial Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) of the implications that may arise in N.I. from the proposal to reform the framework for dispute resolution in relation to employment rights. Full details are provided in the main consultation document. A final Regulatory Impact Assessment will be carried out when the final form of any changes is determined.
