Summary:

This booklet outlines the relevant legislation and explains how an employee may enforce his rights. The provisions relating to written statements of main terms and conditions of employment are contained in Articles 33 to 39 and 43 to 44 of the Employment Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 (the Order).
