"The purpose of this booklet is to explain the means of redress available to an employee whose employer: makes unlawful deductions from his wages; or breaches the terms and conditions of employment that have been agreed between them. It also aims to explain the means of redress available to an employer whose employee breaches the agreed terms and conditions."
