ER 30 Industrial action and the law: a guide for individuals whose supply of goods or services is affected by unlawful industrial action

Summary:

Under provisions in the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Northern Ireland) Order 1995, any individual who is (or is likely to be) deprived of goods or services because of unlawful industrial action has the right to bring court proceedings.
