Public Competition for organisations entitled to act as independent scrutineers for the purposes of statutory trade union ballots and elections, and qualified independent persons for the purposes of trade union recognition and derecognition ballots. Applications should be made in writing to the Department for Business Innovation and Skills by 23 October 2009
