Summary:

The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 (S.R.2005 No. 395) will be amended on 6April 2008 by the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008 (S.R 2008 No. 76). The attached guidance has been produced for those employment agencies and business,hirers and work-seekers who are affected by the new Regulations.
