FE College Model Instruments and Articles of Government

Summary:

Under Article 11 of The Further Education (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 each further education college must have an instrument of government and articles of government. The instrument provides for the constitution of the governing body of each college and the articles for the functions and responsibilities of the governing body. The instruments and articles for each college are based on the model documents.
