NI HEIF 2 Evaluation - Report and Appendices

Summary:

The evaluation provides an objective assessment of the second round of the Higher Education Innovation Fund (NI HEIF 2) and puts forward a wide ranging set of recommendations for future funding and the development of NI HEIF 3. The final report was cleared for publication by Employment and Learning Minister, Sir Reg Empey, in July 2010.
