Equality impact assessments - programme

Summary:

This paper details the Department's scheduled programme of Equality Impact Assessments (EQIAs) on its existing policies lasting until March 2004. The EQIA programme was drawn up as a result of a screening exercise which involved consultation with all the organisations listed in the Department's Equality Scheme. The purpose of the screening exercise was to prioritise existing policies for Equality Impact Assessment.
