Service delivery plan
Summary:
The Service Delivery Plan complements the recently published Corporate Plan by describing in greater detail the lower level performance targets that support delivery of the Public Service Agreement (PSA) targets. It therefore gives all Branches a clear overview of their contribution to our overall work. It also describes the work the Department is involved in around reform and outlines the Departmental efficiency plan.
