Strategic Plan 2004 - 2007

Summary:

The Strategic Plan sets out the aim and objectives of the Department for the period April 2004 to March 2007 and outlines how the Department will deliver its strategic vision. The Plan includes the Department's Public Service Agreement (PSA) and the key actions and targets that the Department will seek to achieve during the period April 2004 to March 2005. The Plan also outlines the Department's approach to reform and modernisation.
