Unlocking creativity - a creative region

Summary:

'Unlocking Creativity: A Creative Region' is a draft Action Plan published jointly by Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure (DCAL), Department of Education (DE), Department for Employment and Learning (DEL), Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment (DETI) and Invest NI. It sets out a series of medium term strategic measures to take forward the Unlocking Creativity strategy. Comments are invited from all interested parties.
