Summary:

This, the first publication by the Economic Development Forum, was launched on 20 June 2002. This document presents a clear and agreed statement of the priorities to be addressed by all sectors if the Northern Ireland economy is to be significantly strengthened during the period to the year 2010. It provides a framework comprising a series of 7 key strategic priorities and underlying objectives, performance indicators, targets, supporting actions and key contributors.
