Department for Employment and Learning Review of CITB Final Report February 2005

Summary:

The Department appointed consultants to carry out a review of the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) in its role as a Non Departmental Public Body. The purpose of the review was to determine whether the functions exercised by the CITB are required, and if so, whether the existing model is best suited for delivering these functions. The review examined how the various functions of the CITB could be provided more effectively and efficiently in the future.
