Review of the Further Education Centres of Excellence Final Report - January 2009

Summary:

The Department for Employment and Learning commissioned PA Consulting Group to undertake the Review of the Further Education Centres of Excellence in June 2008 in order to: · Assess the effectiveness and relevance of the existing CoE model in delivering the FE sector's strategic objectives. · Investigate the applicability of other 'excellence' models operating within GB, ROI and internationally. · Make recommendations for a revised model, suitable for adoption within the sector, taking cognisance of recent policy developments in NI and GB.
