Summary:

The Northern Ireland Skills Monitoring Survey 2002 provides an overview of skills related issues - including vacancies, difficult to fill vacancies, skills shortages, skills gaps and training - from an employers perspective. The Survey largely replicates the NI Skills Monitoring Survey 2000, but is extended to include a section on training as well as coverage of the public sector. The Errata presents a revision of the external skills shortage figures published in Section 3.10.
