Direct Support Programmes
The Department has the primary responsibility for developing government policy for management and leadership in Northern Ireland. Our remit extends to providing practical business assistance to NI businesses and to enabling and advocating investment in leadership and management skills.
Working with a number of delivery partners we offer a range of direct support programmes designed to meet the needs of different organisations. They include structured programmes for individual managers across a range of themes as well as tailored company focused programmes.
