Management and Leadership Development Programme (MLDP)

This programme offers a comprehensive portfolio of training options to help employers meet the specific development needs of their managers and leaders at all levels.

Financial assistance is available to NI-based Small to Medium-sized Enterprises and Social Economy Enterprises at the following rates:

• 50% of programme cost. So if the programme is £3k we will pay 50% ie. £1500. However it should be noted if a programme costs more than £3k the Department will fund to a max of £1500 per person of costs for an individual programme.  
• The maximum MLDP funding a company may receive from DEL will be £7000 per annum.
