Made Not Born events are back!

The Made Not Born Leadership Learning Series of SME focused events is back for 2012. The free events will begin in Omagh on Tuesday 21 February where delegates will have the opportunity to gain their "Black Belt in Marketing Judo" with Richard Richardson.

In March, the series of events continues with leading entrepreneur and business mentor Lara Morgan, former CEO of Pacific Direct, who will explain her “Shortcut to Export Success”.

Registration is now open for these events. Places are free to attend.

Designed with you in mind

The format of the events has been designed with Northern Ireland’s SMEs in mind and aims to offer a particular insight into the types of business techniques and training that can, if implemented correctly, actively return tangible benefits and help to improve the management and leadership of the business.

Each event will be hosted be the Department for Employment and Learning and facilitated by leading business experts. These speakers have, to a degree, been there and done that.  They have even made a few mistakes along the way, but they have also come out the other end much better for their experience – often turning a business into a successful and profitable enterprise, or creating innovative frameworks to accelerate business growth.

The Made Not Born events are an excellent opportunity to find out more about leadership and management development from these top keynote speakers and to learn more about the range of support programmes and the funding available through the Department.

To register your place at one or more of the Made Not Born events, please visit the events page – and don’t forget to bring a colleague or business contact.
