Real Help

Even in tough times, attracting and retaining the best people is vital for the success of businesses and public services.

Experience shows that companies which invest in training in downturns are in the strongest position to gain competitive advantage in recovery.

In today's climate, it may be easier to release staff for training or to develop managers to create more effective business strategies. Larger businesses can strengthen their supply chains by developing training partnerships with suppliers.

There is help available in Northern Ireland for employers to build the talents of their workforce and boost their competitiveness for recovery. In many cases, there's cash too.
