Overview
The Skills Solutions Service exists to help employers understand and access the Department's training provision. We offer a single point of contact for companies wanting to access information on what is available and understand how different programmes could help their business.
How it works
A team of trained Skills Solutions Advisers work across Northern Ireland and can meet with employers to learn and share information and determine which Department for Employment and Learning programmes are suitable to each business.
Funding
Financial support varies depending on the programme. The Skills Adviser will discuss this with you and explain the various options.
