This programme offers bespoke recruitment and pre-employment training designed to get new recruits job ready from day one of their employment. The Department supports the recruitment and selection of applicants and will customise a training programme built around the needs of the precise job to be filled.
Customised Training
Designed to enhance the skills base within a Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) business this programme looks to create a bespoke project where no other training product exists at Level 2 or above.
CITB-ConstructionSkills NI - Qualifying the existing workforce
CITB-ConstructionSkills NI is delivering a project in partnership with the Joint Council for the Building and Civil Engineering Industry, funded by DEL’s Customised Training Fund, to qualify 500 unqualified, experienced and employed construction workers to NVQ Level 2. They aim to launch the programme on 21st June 2012.
