Customised Training
Customised Training is designed to enhance the skills base within SME business. Where no existing DEL training product will meet the skills need of your company the Department will endeavour to create a bespoke project on your behalf.
Funding
Support is available for this programme and is based on the cost of training, the size of the company and the level of qualifications already attained by employees.

How it works
The Skills Adviser will meet with an employer to learn more about the business and to discuss the specific training needs. A training project will then be built around the employers specific requirements. Training can be delivered at a time and location to suit the employer. Employers will be required to release staff to undertake any training and may also be required to make a financial contribution.
