The 2011/12 series of Roadshows for the Department for Employment and Learning‘s (DEL) leadership and management campaign, Made Not Born, has come to a close.
Business Experts
SMEs from across Northern Ireland have learned about the importance of business networking, the impact of customer service, have earned Black Belts in Marketing Judo and have picked up some useful business shortcuts from leading business experts.
The events season may have finished but the Department’s ‘Made Not Born’ team will continue to work closely with Northern Ireland businesses to promote the benefits of management and leadership training.
Direct Support Programmes and Made Not Born Champions
The ‘Made Not Born’ training portfolio offers businesses a variety of impactful course options, all of which come with a degree of financial assistance. Many organisations have already benefited from the training. These ‘Made Not Born’ Champions have experienced a range of benefits including; expansion, new business wins, export growth and a more cohesive team structure.
The team will also be issuing a series of summer e-zines packed full of interesting management and leadership articles, techniques and video interviews.
